Money raised to try to unseat Gov. Walker
MADISON, Wis. (AP) - Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett says he has raised $750,000 in just 25 days as he attempts to win the Democratic primary in the governor's recall election.
But his chief Democratic rival Kathleen Falk says she raised $1 million since she got into the race in mid-January.
Both candidates announced their fundraising totals Friday in advance of Monday's deadline.
Neither released how much cash on hand they had heading into the May 8th primary.
