Storm Team 4
Sunny day before cloudy, chilly weekend in Milwaukee
MILWAUKEE - Another sunny day comes in Southeastern Wisconsin Thursday before the skies cloud up and rain falls in our area this weekend.
The storm system that produced yesterday's rain will gradually pull farther to the East today allowing a Canadian high pressure area to sink down into our region," said Storm Team 4Caster Scott Steele.
"That will usher in clearing skies and more sunshine as Thursday progresses."
Scott tells us, though, that the Canadian high pressure will also bring colder temperatures across our area.
"We'll also experience a cooler air mass take hold and temperatures will only reach the low 50s today with upper 40s Friday through the weekend. Other than a few sprinkles or showers Friday night into Saturday the next several days look mainly dry."
