Teenage woman shot on Milwaukee's north side
MILWAUKEE - Milwaukee Police say they are investigating the shooting of an 18-year-old woman.
Police believe someone shot her at about 8:40 p.m. while she was walking near the corner of North 24th Street and West Capitol Drive.
The woman should survive her injuries.
According to a police spokesman, "robbery appears to be the motive."
There was no word on any arrests in the case.
