MILWAUKEE - A 33 year old man with a history of exposing his genitals in public is back in court.
The criminal complaint claims Robin McCain exposed himself to a 15 year old girl in January as she was walking to her school bus at Burleigh and Humboldt.
In addition, the complaint reports McCain exposed himself to a woman at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee union on east Kenwood as she was working on her laptop earlier this month.
The mother of McCain's children has concern, after police arrested him once again.
She asked to remain off-camera, but did speak with Today's TMJ4's Annie Scholz.
