Tom Hecht blood alcohol level .22 at time of autopsy
MILWAUKEE- The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner has ruled that Thomas Hecht's body had a blood-alcohol concentration nearly three times the legal limit for driving after he was pulled from the Milwaukee River.
According to the Medical Examiner, his blood-alcohol level was .22 when his autopsy was conducted a short time after he died.
Hecht, 28, went missing March 10, following a pub crawl on Water Street.
His body was found weeks later.
According to detectives, surveillance video from Rosie's Pub, show Hecht staggering and swaying back and forth.
Friends told police, they were unaware Hecht was still at the bar when they left in a cab.
Later video shows Tom walking alone, but investigators say they're still unsure where he plunged into the river.
The Medical Examiner's Office has ruled the death of Tom Hecht an accident.
