Man charged with flashing dozens of women in Riverwest, East Side
MILWAUKEE- A 33-year-old man accused of being a serial flasher in Milwaukee has been charged with indecent exposure.
Robin McCain is accused of approaching more than 20 women in separate incidents around Riverwest and the East Side. According to Milwaukee Police Captain Terrence Gordon, "(McCain was) indecently exposing himself and making sexual comments."
McCain was arrested last week and charged with a misdemeanor, but there may be many more victims out there. "He's implicated himself in dozens of incidents," said Gordon. Police are urging anyone with further information to come forward.
McCain has convictions in Milwaukee, Shorewood and La Crosse dating back to 2002.
