Brewers set record for earliest sale of two million tickets
MILWAUKEE - The Milwaukee Brewers say they that the team has set a record for the earliest sale of two million tickets for the season.
The team explained that they set the record by selling the two-millionth ticket Monday morning.
“Brewers fans continue to over-deliver in every way,” said Brewers Chief Operating Officer Rick Schlesinger in a statement. “We want to thank all of them for their incredible support."
The Brewers set their all-time overall attendance record of 3.1 million in 2011. They sold their two millionth ticket on April 27th, 2011.
