SHEBOYGAN - A woman who reached a plea deal after a deadly drunk driving crash at a Sheboygan festival was to receive her sentence.
Kayla Bower pleaded no contest to felony charges.
Bower struck Barbara Janke, 60, and killed her while leaving the Brat Days festival.
Prosecutors are asking for six years behind bars.
