Milwaukee police find missing man from north side
MILWAUKEE- Milwaukee police have located 58-year-old Isaac "Ike" Bester who had been last seen Thursday morning. Police say he has been medically cleared.
Police say he is severely cognitively disabled.
Authorities said Friday morning that he was last seen at Community Support and Target Case Management Programs on the 4900 block of West Fond du Lac Avenue.
