Bomb threat cancels evening events at Hartford Union High School
HARTFORD- Evening events have been canceled at Hartford Union High School after a bomb threat was found inside the school Wednesday afternoon.
TODAY'S TMJ4's Annie Scholz reports that a member of the school's staff found a note around 1:40 p.m. that a bomb was in the building.
According to the Hartford police department, around 6 p.m. Wednesday, an "all clear" was given after no explosives were found in the building.
No students or staff members were injured.
Regularly scheduled classes will resume on Thursday.
The investigation is ongoing, but authorities wouldn't comment on the note itself.
