Trayvon supporters march in Milwaukee
MILWAUKEE - As protestors rallied in front of the Sanford, Florida, police department Saturday calling for the arrest of a neighborhood watch volunteer, supporters of Trayvon Martin held a similar rally in Milwaukee.
Hundreds of Trayvon supporters were invited to take a stand, outside the Lion of the Judah Church, at 4030 North 34th Street Saturday afternoon.
The group in Milwaukee says they're standing up for justice.
Seventeen-year-old Trayvon Martin was shot last month in Florida.
George Zimmerman, who shot and killed Martin, says he did so in self-defense.
