Truck roll over on northbound US 45, caused 3 mile delays

MILWAUKEE- There were delays for over 3 miles on US 45 northbound Friday afternoon due to a truck roll over at Swan Blvd, just north of Watertown Plank Road.
TODAY'S TMJ4 reports that a garbage truck was on its side and all three lanes were affected in the accident for nearly four hours.
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation spent most of that time trying to clean up the scene and get traffic moving.
