Dry, cooler day in Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE - March typically brings temperatures in the 40's and 50's in Southeastern Wisconsin, not heat that rises to the 60's, 70's and 80's.
A month with few typical March weather days will finally have one, according to Storm Team 4Caster Michael Fish.
"It's going to be a little cooler than we've been used to this past month with mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies," said Michael.
In fact, temperatures in Waukesha were right at the freezing mark at about 5:00 a.m. Thursday morning.
The cool, rainless conditions should remain Thursday night.
"Tonight, at least during the evening, we'll be dry. Rain will develop, but it looks like most of it should hold off until late."
It won't be so dry Friday, according to Michael.
"Unfortunately, we will start off with rain on Friday. This will end as the morning wears on."
