LAPD investigating Chadima's alleged incident at Rose Bowl party
LOS ANGELES- A new investigation into former UW-Madison associate athletic director John Chadima.
It appears the LAPD is now investigating Chadima for an alleged sexual assault that took place in a Los Angeles hotel room the week of the Rose Bowl.
An LAPD detective told TODAY'S TMJ4 they are looking into the matter, but that's all they can say at this point.
It comes after a student-employee accused Chadima of sexually assaulting him during a hotel party when the football team was in California for the Rose Bowl. Chadima was suspended and resigned shortly after that. Two independent reports have since come out, detailing similar allegations from two other men. Chadima has responded by saying he's getting counseling for stress and alcohol.
A spokesman for the university told TODAY'S TMJ4 they don't have a statement.
Chadima has not been criminally charged here in Wisconsin.
