MADISON- New information on the sex assault investigation involving a former leader in the UW-Madison athletic department.  For the first time, TODAY'S TMJ4 is seeing text massages sent by former associate athletic director John Chadima -- the night he allegedly grabbed the crotch of a student volunteer.

Chadima resigned right after the Badgers Rose Bowl trip in December after a male student employee accused him of sexually assaulting him.

The text messages from the Rose Bowl trip appear to confirm Chadima threatened to fire an employee if he didn't come to his room.

Texts from Chadima allegedly read, "you are fired" Chadima wrote.  "Sending you home on a greyhound tomorrow."

Another text said, you have "five minutes to get ur (expletive) To my room, or ur fired."

Dane County investigators are looking into two more allegations of sexual misconduct against him.

Meanwhile, the Wisconsin State Journal is reporting that in 1998, Chadima allowed star football player Mike Samuel to drive his truck drunk.  The school said Chadima would receive a written reprimand.  School records show that never happened.

TODAY'S TMJ4 tried contacting several officials at the school for comment.  No one wanted to speak on camera.

Although TODAY'S TMJ4 reached Assistant Athletic Director Justin Doherty by phone.  "Shelley, I'm not going to have a comment on it while I'm driving in my car, thanks."
