Sheboygan toddler not expected to live after alleged chlid abuse
SHEBOYGAN - A toddler from Sheboygan was described to be near death Wednesday morning after a reported child abuse case there.
Authorities told WTMJ partner station WHBL Radio in Sheboygan that Joshua Keenan, 28, admitted that he took the two-year-old boy by the arm, swung him and threw him across a room.
The child went unconscious and took on severe head injuries.
Keenan is the boyfriend of the toddler's mother.
