Service Thursday for victims of De Pere murder-suicide
STURGEON BAY, Wis. (AP) -- A memorial service will be held Thursday for a mother and her two children killed in a murder-suicide outside of Green Bay.
Police say Denis Bay fatally shot his 44-year-old wife, Michelle, and their two children, 14-year-old Andrea and 10-year-old Daniel, before taking his own life Friday at their De Pere home.
Police are continuing to investigate possible motives. De Pere Police Chief Derek Beiderwieden (BYE'-der-wee-den) told the Green Bay Press-Gazette (http://gbpg.net/zS3xEj) investigators are learning more about the circumstances leading up to the deaths but he declined to elaborate.
A memorial service will be held Thursday evening at Sturgeon Bay Moravian Church. A separate service is planned that morning at the church for Denis Bay.
Court records show the couple was going through a divorce.
