When the Packers second best pass rusher Cullen Jenkins left in free agency for the Eagles, the defense didn't have another guy who could push the pocket, and force opposing quarterbacks to step into another player like Clay Matthews, Erik Walden, or B.J. Raji to clean up the mess.
