MILWAUKEE - Halloween and all the fun that surrounds the holiday has come again.
People around Southeastern Wisconsin will enjoy scary houses, costume parties, pumpkin carving and all the other frivolity that surrounds the holiday.
Trick-or-treat is one of those traditions that families share.
