Youth town hall about Riverwest attacks
MILWAUKEE - Young people in Milwaukee were set to take part in a town hall meeting on Wednesday regarding attacks over the July 4th weekend in Riverwest.
Several people in that attack were assaulted and robbed.
TODAY'S TMJ4 has been told that the meeting is not in response to mob attacks at the State Fair.
Young leaders were to respond to what they feel is the unfair labeling of young people as violent and out of control.
Organizers set up the town hall for 4:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Gordon Park Pavilion, 1321 E. Locust in Milwaukee.
