Woman, man injured in separate south side shootings
MILWAUKEE - Milwaukee Police say they are taking Thursday morning to investigate two shootings on the city's south side.
The first shooting happened at about 7;25 p.m. Wednesday night inside an apartment near the corner of South 12th Street and West Cleveland Avenue.
A 36-year-old man was shot inside that apartment. Police say he should survive his injuries.
A 22-year-old woman went to a Milwaukee-area hospital with serious injuries in the second shooting.
That happened inside her home at about 10:00 p.m. Wednesdya night near the corner of South 13th Street and West Rogers Street.
