MILWAUKEE - On September 6th, 1991, following concerns that three Milwaukee Police officers did not follow through on department procedure in checking into the Jeffrey Dahmer/Konerak Sinthasomphone case, Milwaukee Police Chief Phillip Arreola fired two police officers and put a third on probation.
