MILWAUKEE - Women's rights organizations and elected officials were to gather on Tuesday to hold a "Prosser Must Go" rally at Wisconsin's state capitol.
The people involved in the rally are calling on Justice David Prosser to step aside until investigations of allegations he assaulted fellow justice Ann Walsh Bradley are complete.
They want him to resign if the choking incident is confirmed.
