Amtrak train stopped, trains delayed due to storm damage
CHICAGO - The Milwaukee-to-Chicago Amtrak Hiawatha line has trains delayed due to storm damage.
A spokesman tells Newsradio 620 WTMJ that the Monday morning storms have caused power lines and tree limbs to be downed south of Sturtevant.
This has led a train that already left Milwaukee to be stopped on the tracks as crews clean up the tracks.
As of 11:45 a.m. Monday, train service was back to normal.
