For Todd Phillips, he grew up in West Allis and Franklin.
His first race was at the Milwaukee Mile, and he first wanted to work in Indy Car attending a race at Road America.
So when he's back in the Milwaukee area, don't tease him...but he has to go to Leon's Frozen Custard!
