TOWN OF LISBON - Progress has come in the construction of a 9/11 memorial in the Town of Lisbon.
Crews laid the foundation for the memorial at the town hall.
The project will include a beam from the World Trade Center.
The town is still taking donations and needs contractors to get the memorial ready in time for the 10th anniversary off 9/11.
