GRAND CHUTE - A restaurant owner has been charged with allegedly pointing a handgun at employees while firing them.

Miguel Becerra reportedly told those two employees of Toros Restaurant in Grand Chute, "don't return or I'll kill you."

According to the Appleton Post-Crescent, the employees told police that they went to talk to Becerra about how he would regularly be late in giving them their paychecks.

The criminal complaint says that Becerra put a bullet in his handgun, pointed it at the employees, then made the threat about killing them.

Becerra faces up to 20 years and nine months in prison if he's  convicted on all his charges.
