GRAFTON - This Christmas, needy families in the Milwaukee-area will benefit from the generosity of neighbors. In Grafton Saturday afternoon, hundreds of new toys filled up a room at Kapco's Kids To Kids annual Toy Drive, in partnership with Newsradio 620 WTMJ.

Kapco's Jim Kaczmerik says toys will be donated to families in time for a little Christmas joy.

He's especially moved by the generosity this weekend, following the tragic shooting at a Connecticut elementary school Friday.

"And especially on the heels of the tragic news here, to see all these kids coming out and making a difference for other kids, it's really something we need. You know, it's rainy today and we need a little Christmas right now," said Kaczmerik.

This is the 7th year for Kapco's Kids-2-Kids toy drive, and Kaczmerik says it's grown every year.

This year, more than 12,000 toys will be given to the Salvation Army to be distributed to families in southeast Wisconsin.
