Milwaukee's Biggest Loser: Going Shopping

MILWAUKEE - Over the past ten weeks, the final four contestants have together lost a whopping 96 pounds.

They didn't do it with exercise alone. With the help of registered dietitian Jessica McAllister, they have learned the importance of healthy eating.

During a visit to the grocery store, McAllister gives two of our final four a crash course in diet do's and dont's.

McAllister has the following suggestions:

-choose fruit with lots of color

-when choosing red meat, go light on the saturated fat

-choose whole grain bread that's high in fiber

-select dairy products low in fat

-pick healthy snacks like granola bars

-when choosing snacks ditch the chips and go for a granola bar.

-always drink lots of water

After another weigh-in the final two contestants are Jaime with a total weight loss of 40 pounds, and Christine who dropped 36 pounds.
