Milwaukee Makeover: Halfway Point

By Courtny Gerrish

MILWAUKEE - She lost a hundred pounds and won the 'Milwaukee Makeover' Contest. Now we're checking in with her at the halfway point.

Michelle Weber works out at the Wisconsin Athletic Club every day. It's just part of the package she received when she won the 'Milwaukee Makeover.' The contest is offered by Enhancing Light Cosmetic Laser Centers, Modern Touch Dental, the Wisconsin Athletic Club, and other area businesses.

The contest has made her a very busy woman.

"I've been doing my dancing lessons, and my dental work is started, and my gym routines with my trainer," Michelle says.

Michelle's 100-pound plus weight loss helped her win the votes of viewers, and she doesn't want to let them down.

"I feel great it's a busy schedule, a lifelong commitment, but it's definitely worth every minute that I've put into it, and it's been great working with everybody who's donated their time and services to help me," she gushes.

It wouldn't be a makeover without some beauty treatments. On this particular day, Michelle is getting skin tightening laser work, and a cellulite treatment at Enhancing Light Cosmetics Center.

Nicki Rust of Enhancing Light says it's been a great experience for everyone.

"She's just a joy to work with, she's so grateful and excited about all her treatments," Rust explains.

The next step: A new hairdo and a brilliant new smile.

Michelle will have a final 'reveal' in January. She hopes to start a blog to share her experience and inspire other women.
