She was once the queen of Summerfest. Now Bo Black is in the fight for her life.



Bo Black invited Carole Meekins to her Arizona home for an exclusive interview.



The once vivacious, dynamic leader of the world's biggest music festival now takes about twenty pills each day, just to stay alive.



One aortic aneurysm could kill you. Bo has six..Doctors used to believe a high pressured job raised Bo's cholesterol and blood pressure. But she now knows she was a walking time bomb..



"The doctors out here look at me like..what are you doing alive just go somewhere," Bo tells us.



Bo is upset that she's still battling her former insurance company for disability. "I'd like to get my disability from standard insurance....how come they wont give you disability...I don't know..I got social security disability just like that..that's hard to get..."



But like in everything else in her life, Bo refuses to give up. Husband Tom Trebelhorn says that's just her personality. One of the many traits he loves about her. "I'll tell you what she's physically attractive...And extremely loyal..and very fair," Tom says.



Black is not bitter about losing her job...And she does regret some of her own public statements.



But most memories of the big gig..are positive. "It was great to me...I probably overreacted to things..and I'm sorry I said some of the things I did..yeah."



Bo does tells me...She does not miss the spotlight...Just her stamina..



"Most people think isn't retirement and doing nothing great it sucks..!!!!"



But this mother and grandmother can still turn heads..
