MILWAUKEE - A special honor for two of our own at TODAY'S TMJ4. Managing Editor Jim Cullen and former anchor Bill Taylor were both inducted to the Silver Circle this past weekend. The prestigious award is given to journalists who've spent more than 25 years in the industry, and made outstanding contributions.
