MILWAUKEE - Post Traumatic Stress Disorder is on the rise among veterans in the Milwaukee area, according to officials with the Milwaukee VA Medical Center.
But PTSD does not just affect military men and women.
Terri deRoon-Cassini, psychologist for Freodtert and the Medical College of Wisconsin says she has seen an increase of PTSD cases among civilians, as well.
