WEST ALLIS – It’s almost time for the Wisconsin State Fair. The gates open Thursday for 11 days of food, fun and farm animals. State Fair Spokesperson Patrice Harris appeared on Live at Daybreak Tuesday to talk about some of the ways you and your family can save money when you go to the fair.
