Many plan to celebrate St. Patrick's day this upcoming week at restaurants and taverns. Police are planning extra enforcement to make sure the roads stay safe. So time think now about planning ahead to avoid getting behind the wheel when you've had too much. Brookfield Police Captain Phil Horter and Mark Johnson from the Greater Milwaukee Hotel & Lodging Association were on Live at Daybreak.
