The Milwaukee Area Domestic Animal Control Commission (MADACC) is hoping that Valentine's Day love is still in the air--Puppy love that is. MADACC is looking for caring families and individuals to provide shelter dogs with a forever home. Their "Must Love Dogs" adoption event is Sunday afternoon. Jessica Huber from MADACC and Jess McCann from Central Bark Menomonee Valley were on Live at Daybreak to talk about it.
