Crab Delight Rangoon

Ingredients:
1 cup imitation crab meat
1 brick of Philly cream cheese
few dash of sesame oil
sprinkle of pepper
1 teaspoon chopped green onions
Wonton skins
1 egg (no yolk)

Directions:
Mix all ingredients, put 1 teaspoon of mix in center of wonton skin, wet edge of skin with egg white and fold into a triangle. Deep fry in wok with vegetable or corn oil till crispy. Served with Sweet & Sour Sauce and Mustard.

Chicken Kow

Ingredients:
3/4 lb sliced chicken breast
few pieces of mushroom, snow peapod, baby corn, broccoli, celery, bok choy, cabbage,bean sprouts, carrot and onions
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon salt, sugar, chopped garlic, sesame oil, rice cooking wine
1 cup chicken broth
corn starch mix with cold water (used to thicken)

Directions:
Heat up wok with vegetable oil, salt, garlic, rice cooking wine and add chicken and onions, stir fry til 1/2 done, add vegetables and chicken broth, sugar, bring to boil for a minute, thicken with corn starch mix. Serve with rice.

Wild Berry Martini

Ingredients:
2 1/2 shots Finlandia Wild Berry Fusion Vodka
1/4 shot maraschino cherry juice

Directions:
Pour into a mixing glass with ice, shake and pour in chilled glass top with cherry.
