Smoked Salmon Crepe

Basic Crepe Batter 5 oz
Smoked Salmon 3 oz
Herbed Cream Cheese 2 oz
Gruyere Cheese shredded 1.5 oz
Bechamel Sauce 2 oz

Spread a thin layer of crepe batter in pan.
Flip crepe half way through cooking.
Top crepe with salmon, herbed cream cheese, Gruyere cheese & béchamel sauce.

Original Bloody Mary

McCormick Vodka 2 oz
Bloody Mary Mix 2 oz
Tomato Juice 6 oz
Lemon 1 each
Lime 1 each
Pickle 1 each
Asparagus 1 each
Bean 1 each
Olives 1 each

Goose Bloody Mary

Grey Goose Vodka 2 oz
Bloody Mary Mix  2 oz
Tomato Juice     6 oz
Guinness Beer   1 each
Lemon     1 each
Lime   1 each
Pickle   1 each
Asparagus  1 each
Bean   1 each
Olives   1 each

Mediterranean Bloody Mary

Rosemary Infused Pinnacle Vodka 2 oz
Bloody Mary Mix 2 oz
Tomato Juice 6 oz
Lemon 1 each
Lime  1 each
Pickle 1 each
Asparagus 1 each
Bean 1 each
Fetta Stuffed Olives  1 each

Southsider Bloody Mary

Absolute Peppar Vodka 2 oz
Bloody Mary Mix 2 oz
Tomato Juice 6 oz
Tabasco Sauce 1-2 dashes
Lemon 1 each
Lime  1 each
Pickle 1 each
Asparagus 1 each
Bean 1 each
Jalapeno Stuffed Olives  1 each

Frenchie Bloody Mary

Pinnacle Vodka 2 oz
Bloody Mary Mix 2 oz
Tomato Juice 6 oz
Dijon Mustard 1 Tbsp
Lemon 1 each
Lime  1 each
Pickle 1 each
Asparagus 1 each
Bean 1 each
Blue Cheese Stuffed Olives  1 each

All Bloody Mary's are as follows:
Combine vodka, boody Mary mix, and tomato juice over ice and shake to chill. Add garnishes.

Scallops Alfredo

Basic Alfredo Sauce 4 oz
Fettuccini Pasta 8 oz
Fresh U-10 Scallops 3 each
Tomato Sasil Salad 1 Tbsp

Heat alfredo sauce thoroughly.
Cook pasta until tender.
Sear scallops.
In a bowl, layer alfredo sauce, pasta and scallops. Top with Tomato basil salad.
