National West Allis, WI 53214 (414) 257-1012 http://www.foodspot.com/paintedparrot/ Jambalaya Ingredients Yellow onion Carrots Green peppers Celery Andouille sausage (cooked) Boneless chicken meat (cooked) Crab meat (cooked) Salad shrimp (cooked) Tomato sauce Tomato strips Secret blend of spices, seasonings Directions Dice up vegetables, boil until tender. Add tomato sauce and tomato strips. Add seasonings and spices to flavor. Simmer on low and add sausage, chicken, crab and shrimp. Serve over rice and with a side of garlic bread. Coconut Chicken Strips Ingredients Chicken breast Malibu batter Shredded coconut Directions Slice uncooked chicken into strips. Dust chicken with Malibu batter. Mix Malibu batter with water (until about the consistency of pancake batter). Dip chicken strips in batter. Roll in shredded coconut. Deep fry at 350 degrees until cooked through. Serve with Painted Parrot’s secret mango dipping sauce or coconut dipping sauce.
