Mongolian Beef

1/2 lb sliced beef
2 cup sliced onions
1 cup green onions
1/2 teaspoon hoisin sauce
2 teaspoon ketchup
1/2 teaspoon vinegar, worcestershire sauce, rice cooking wine
1/4 teaspoon salt, sugar, chopped garlic, sesame oil, molasses
2 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 cup chicken broth
chili garlic sauce (to your taste)
corn starch mix with cold water (used to thicken)

Heat up wok with vegetable oil, salt, garlic, rice cooking wine and add beef, stir fry til 1/2 done, add onions and chicken broth, hoisin sauce, ketchup, vinegar worcestershire sauce bring to boil for a minute, thicken with corn starch mix then molasses, sesame oil and chili garlic sauce. Top with fried rice noodles.

Cashew Chicken Ding

1/4 cup diced water chestnuts, button mushrooms, snow peapods, carrots & bok choy
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup cashews pieces
1 cup diced chicken breast
1/4 teaspoon salt, sugar, chopped garlic, sesame oil
2 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon rice cooking wine
corn starch mixed with cold water (used to thicken)

Heat up wok with vegetable oil, salt, garlic, rice cooking wine and add chicken breast, stir fry til 1/2 done, add vegetables and chicken broth bring to boil for a minute, thicken with corn starch mix and then sesame oil and cashews.
