"A Course in Miracles and Oprah Winfrey"

The I TEAM uncovers a connection between a bizarre church in the Wisconsin Dells and America's talk show queen.

We learned that the mind-training; the lessons taught at Endeavor Academy in the Wisconsin Dells are also being taught on Oprah Winfrey's website.

Endeavor Academy is a controversial church.

The basis of their beliefs is mind training from a book called "A Course in Miracles".

Church members believe in an alternative reality where people aren't real, and the world isn't even real.

Now America's most popular talk show host is introducing viewers to "The Course in Miracles".

Alden Hughes is the pastor. "It's followed by many of the leading thinkers in America right now; Oprah Winfrey, Marianne Williamson."

Winfrey and Williamson offer a daily lesson on "A Course in Miracles" on satellite radio and Winfrey's website.

In a You Tube video on Williamson's website she says, "I will be on Oprah and Friends every single day talking about the ideas in a course in Miracles."

This afternoon WTMJ got an email from Winfrey's production company, Harpo Productions. A senior publicist wrote, "She (Winfrey) has never heard of this organization and is not affiliated with them.

But Winfrey does study the same "Course of Miracles" taught at Endeavor Academy.
