Drivers without a valid license are continuing to get behind the wheel.

We caught a driver behind the wheel eventhough there is an arrest warrant out for his illegal driving.

And a prominent talk show host told us he has an idea on how to slow the flow of illegal drivers.

We discovered Lynette Bahr driving illegally just moments after being warned in court.

CONFRONTATION

John- "He told you you're not supposed to drive this truck."

Lynette- "Right. Right."

John- Did you hear him say that?"

Lynette- "Yes. Yes I did."

And it's not just Bahr. Day After day we saw many skofflaws like Jay Greene walk out of court and drive off...illegally.

CONFRONTATION

John- "You're not supposed to be driving."

Jay- "Right."

John- "Why are you driving."

Jay- "I'll park the car."

We also met Otis Barrow in Waukesha County Court.

A Court Commissioner told Barrow, "Don't get stopped and cited again for driving after revocation. The state could issue additional criminal charges for violating your bail."

Barrow stepped right out of the courthouse, crossed the street and

drove off... illegally.

We confronted Barrow

John- "Where are you going. You aren't supposed to be driving."

Barrow drove off without responding.

AM 620 talk show host Jeff Wagner took calls on the subject today. "What's so aggravating is the people who have their licenses revoked or suspended. There's a reason for that and so when they come in and they say 'you're not allowed to drive' and then they start driving again, they're a danger to the rest of us.' "

And Wagner has an idea for keeping some of the drivers off the roads. "Let's start taking people's cars. You got your license revoked for a series of moving violations or repeat drunk driving, after your second or third 'operating after revocation' let's start seizing cars and forfeting the cars."

Otis Barrow has been cited so many times for driving without a valid license that there is currently a warrant out for his arrest for illegal driving.
