BROOKFIELD - Now a follow up on a Brookfield restaurant -- shut down in October.
That restaurant is Saffron Indian Bistro.
It is back in business under strict regulations by the health department.
Now, there are more violations, and Saffron hasn't paid its re-inspection fee, and won't get its 2008 license until that happens.
