Dirty Dining: Wong's Wok
Courtny Gerrish
MILWAUKEE - Health inspectors ordered employees at Wong's Wok on 74th and Appleton to wash their hands.
Inspectors saw an employee sneeze, then touch their face and never wash their hands. According to a manager, the restaurant has been "following up."
Potentially hazardous food was not being kept warm enough. Employees were also not properly cooling food. There were no expiration dates on prepared food like rice, chicken and cooked vegetables.
Health inspectors also found employee's clothes and toxic chemicals stored on top of food products.
