MILWAUKEE- A deli that lines them up for its famous corned beef, and a little slice of heaven in Bay View.  We visited two places doing everything right in the kitchen.

Jake's Deli on 17th and North in Milwaukee.  Mouthwatering sandwiches that haven't changed much in the past 80 years, and customers still line up for the taste.  "People vote with their feet, and we love to serve our guests" employee Paul Dickson told us.

Hand-carved pastrami, corned beef.  People know about Jake's and employees know the cleaning system.  Dickson said, "they have an ownership mentality, and there's a very structured system for cleaning. It's real simple. When they get here they say ' what do I need to do to go home and leave this place better than I found it.'"

Our second stop, Bay View and Vinchi's Pizza in it's new location.  Paul Meka's been in business 17 years.  His delivery, carry out, dine in spot moved last November.  Vinchi's is now located in 'The Bubbler' on Howell Avenue just south of Oklahoma.

Meka keeps his small kitchen clean.  "Customer's always love to see it. I mean it's a plus, everybody compliments you."  His motto, clean before you leave.  Meka commented, "who wants to come into a dirty kitchen the next day?"
