MILWAUKEE- Catch the big game and some good grub or grab a footlong. Both these spots are keeping things clean in the kitchen.

It's after the lunch rush but this Subway at 60th and Capitol in the Midtown Center is still busy. "This is one of our busiest stores out of the eight we have," said manager Rachel Christensen, who makes sure employees never miss an opportunity to clean.

"You gotta keep everything clean," said Christensen.  "You don't want customers to complain; we have surveys so a lot of people can complain about us or the napkins have our number."

They had a spotless health inspection and for that this Subway gets our first Blue Ribbon Award. Over on the south side it's wings for lunch. Buffalo Wild Wings on 27th just south of Morgan opened not too long ago.

General Manager Ross Easton has been in the food business a while. "It's all about training and continually reinforcing good habits with the staff." BW3's is keeping things clean in the kitchen. "The kids here have worked really hard, and it's one of our main focuses, food safety." For that BW3's gets our second Blue Ribbon Award.
