MILWAUKEE- From pizza and pasta in Walker's Point to a taste of Middle Eastern cuisine on the East Side. These restaurants are getting everything right in the kitchen.

Times Square Bistro & Pizzeria on 1st Street in Walker's Point. You can get your 'za' by the slice or order the whole pie. One note, it's New York Style. "Our batting record with New Yorkers is 100 percent," owner Sean Henninger told us. Actually pizza isn't his true passion. Chocolate is! "The pizza's a front. It's just what pays the bills, and this is what I want to do is make chocolates."

Henninger also owns Atomic Chocolate Company located in the same restaurant. From the pizza to mouth watering treats, it's all made from scratch, and Henninger is a stickler for cleaning. "We spend a lot of time doing it, all day every day...especially here where we have a lot of messy things like flour and chocolate.

For keeping things clean our first Blue Ribbon Award goes to Times Square.

Over on the East Side we visit Shiraz Persian Grill. There's plenty to choose from when it comes to the lunch buffet. "The chicken lari and lamb lari which i don't think anybody has because that's an ethnic food from my own city" owner Shohreh Edalatpour commented. She makes sure the Persian cuisine is prepared in a clean kitchen. They keep up with things daily and then deep clean, every Sunday.

Edalatpour admits she is a pretty tough boss when it come to cleaning, "yeah me, and we have another worker at night, she inspects too at the end of the night."

For a clean health inspection Shiraz Persian Grill gets our second Blue Ribbon Award.
