Man accused of killing wife Jennifer Sebena pleads insanity

Todd Hicks reports that the man arrested for the murder of a Wauwatosa police officer changed his plea Friday. Ben Sebena is charged with murdering his wife Jennifer, and now he claims he was mentally ill when he killed her on Christmas Eve.
