Wisconsin's Ryan makes final push Monday night in Milwaukee
MILWAUKEE - Mitt Romney's running mate, Janesville GOP congressman Paul Ryan, was to attend a rally at Mitchell International Airport.
Ryan has spent time getting a final pitch out to undecided voters who would head to the polls on Tuesday.
He took time to make that pitch Sunday at Lambeau Field before the Packers-Cardinals game.
Now, he'll make his last pitch to Wisconsin voters Monday night, months after becoming the first Wisconsinite to join a Democratic or Republican presidential ticket.
"My mom said she was tearing up when she saw my daughter on the deck of the U.S.S. Wisconsin because when she was a little girl during World War II, she got be on the deck of that battleship," said Ryan to TODAY'S TMJ4's Charles Benson.
The rally was to start at 10:00 p.m. Monday night.
Doors would open at 7:00 p.m. for anyone who had free tickets.
