Police seek charges against woman who spit at Romney rally

Town of Grand Chute Police Chief Greg Peterson said Tuesday that he is recommending a charge of disorderly conduct against an 83-year-old Appleton woman in connection with an incident last Friday in which the woman spit on another woman during a Mitt Romney rally.
